摘要:石油工业面临数字化转型的挑战和机遇。在数字时代,石油行业生态伙伴的作用及彼此之间的信息流、数据流正在发生根本性变化,只有通过数字化转型才能对接数字经济新体系、新动力和新范式,从而走向绿色、低碳和可持续发展。介绍数字化技术的来龙去脉,探讨石油工业数字化转型的底层逻辑、内在规律以及利用数据可复用性推动油气行业绿色低碳可持续发展的路径与策略。基于物理世界、人所认知的世界、数字世界、机器认知的世界,阐明“四个世界”模型。构建数字世界是机器认知世界的基础。在数字世界,各种链接、交互、沟通协作、设计制作都通过数字技术实现,其记忆能力、运算能力和行动能力强大,使机器认知世界的思考框架及解题能力得到空前提升。在机器认知世界,已知机理模型的重复性认知活动得以自动化;通过对未知机理模型的探索性认知活动,人类知识的边界得以扩展。依据香农采样定理,感知和采集物理世界的信息,通过集成以往信息和通讯技术形成的存量数据及新生数字技术产生的增量数据,建立多层级数字孪生,是石油工业数字化转型应该重视的基本策略。数字化转型的理论、方法、模型及工具快速发展,石油工业的数据采集、数据治理、多层级数字孪生及数据安全等的顶层设计正在受到挑战。
Abstract:The petroleum industry faces opportunities and challenges of digital transformation. In the digital age, the role of ecological partners in the petroleum industry and the flow of information and data between each other are undergoing fundamental changes. Only through digital transformation can we dock with the new system, new power and new paradigm of the digital economy, so as to move towards true green, low-carbon and sustainable development. This article first introduces the ins and outs of digital technologies, and then explores the underlying logic, internal laws, and data reusability in the digital transformation of the petroleum industry. The path and strategy of promoting the green and low-carbon sustainable development of the petroleum industry are discussed. The “four worlds” model is proposed, and the construction of the “digital world” is the base to realize the digital transformation of the “physical world” and the “machine cognitive world”. Based on Shannon’s sampling theorem, sensing and collecting “physical world” data, and establishing a multi-level digital twin by integrating the existing data generated by ICT (information and communication technology) and the incremental data generated by DDT (data and digital technology), are the key to digital transformation, which is also the basic strategy that the digital transformation of the petroleum industry must pay attention to. In the “machine cognitive world”, the repetitive cognitive activities of known mechanism models can be automated; the exploratory cognitive activities for unknown mechanisms models will extend the boundaries of human knowledge. Since all kinds of communication, collaboration, design, production, etc. in the “digital world” can be realized through digital technology, its capabilities for computing, memory and action are very strong, so that in the “machine recognitive world” the thinking framework and problem-solving capability would be improved as never before. This article concludes by pointing out that the theories, methods, models and tools of digital transformation are accelerately evoluting, but the top-level design for data collection, data governance, data security and multi-level digital twins of the petroleum industry are being challenged.
